Rentals are based on monthly or yearly rates.
We have sizes 5 X 5 to 12 X 35. All ceilings are insulated and have concrete
floors that promote dryness.
Security
You as the tenant supply your own lock and keep
the key.
The property is fully lighted and fenced in. We have electrical gate that
is accessed by individual code numbers. Access hours are 7:3o am to 8
PM 7 days a week unless otherwise requested. There are five extinguishers
located on the outside of the buildings. We have resident managers that
live on the property.
Insurance
You are storing at your own risk, it is very
important that each tenant insures his/her goods either with their own
insurance or brochures are available in the office.
Deposit
The 12 X 12 X 35 units require a deposit. All
others do not.
